RFP Activation Fee is $980. Paying the RFP Activation Fee will make the Proposal form function for that RFP.
If the fee has not been paid or the deadline for submissions has passed, a message stating that proposals are not currently
being accepted for that RFP will appear in place of the proposal form.
Small Foundation RFP Activation Fee is $490. If you consider yourself a small foundation
(generally less than $10 million in assets), contact us after you have installed
the HTML code and tell us your story. We will review your account and make necessary adjustments. You will still receive all the same service and functionality
that the bigger foundations receive.
Applicants pay nothing to submit proposals.
How much would you pay to hire someone to:
- manage all of your grant proposals and keep them organized
...even the proposals that haven't been completed yet
- make them immediately available to your entire funding committee
...without using the copy machine
...without using postal mail or a delivery service
- keep track of each member's comments
...on every proposal
...even those made at the same time
- keep a running tally of thumbs-up or thumbs-down for every proposal received
- instantly recall your foundation's giving history to each applicant
- keep track of funding already committed
- send approval or decline notices instantly
...inquire more information from the applicant
- manage multiple concurrent grant cycles/RFPs
- keep all of this ready at a moment's notice
- work 24/7, including holidays, weekends, and snow days
...without paying overtime
...start in the next couple minutes

use ZoomGrants. We can log in at the foundation's website and apply for a new grant without re-entering all of our proposal data. One minute proposals...
without postage? FINALLY!!!"
- Cate Paxson, Executive Director, Nonprofits Galore
"This was the easiest piece of technology to implement on our website that I have ever come across. Within

for years. I'm so glad I found ZoomGrants."
