The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program provides funds for housing activities, economic development, community facility and public infrastructure improvements, and public service activities. Eligible applicants are cities, townships, and nonprofit agencies within St. Louis County providing services outside the Duluth city limits. The FY2025 CDBG program year is May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Successful applicants will have a contract term of May 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026 allowing time to complete your project and draw funds.
Successful applicants will be held to requirements in the contract and will need to supply file requirement documentation.
