The Tri-Valley Housing and Human Services Grant (HHSG) Programs provide funding to non-profit and public agencies that serve low-income persons and families. Funding will begin on July 1, 2025. For city-specific timelines and requirements, please visit the websites for each city:

City of Dublin: www.dublin.ca.gov/grants
City of Livermore: www.livermoreca.gov/hhsgrants
City of Pleasanton: www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/our-government/housing/housing-human-services-grant/

The Cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton will only accept applications submitted through this online ZoomGrants system. The Cities will not accept hard copy, faxed, or emailed applications.
COMPLETE APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON JANUARY 17, 2025 BY 4:00 p.m. at which time the system will no longer allow you to save or submit your application.
If your agency is requesting funding for more than one project, a separate electronic application must be submitted for each.
Applicants must have attended the Human Services Grant Workshop on December 4th, 2024 to be eligible for funding. Applicants must also attend the Tri-Valley Joint Human Services Commission Special Meeting on February 11, 2025 to retain funding eligibility.
The Tri-Valley cities have city-specific funding criteria:
- Dublin: Minimum $5,000, Maximum $25,000
- Livermore: Minimum $5,000, No Maximum
- Pleasanton: Minimum $5,000, No Maximum.
For the Cities of Dublin and Livermore, the application will be for the 2025-2026 and the 2026-2027 fiscal years. For the City of Pleasanton, the application will be for only the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
You are required to answer each question. If a question does not apply, please answer with "N/A".
If your agency is awarded funding, you will receive a contract from each awarding city for each project approved, as well as related regulatory requirements that must be completed prior to encumbering funds.
