About: The King County Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) is pleased to release this Request for Proposal for DCHS - VSHSL Pathfinding for Native American Veterans with funding from the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services (VSHSL) and guidance from the VSHSL Implementation Plan.
This RFP will procure the program area of the VSHSL Implementation Plan’s Strategy SS 1E: Pathfinding Services for Native American Veterans. This funding opportunity will fund one entity, or a partnership between entities, to seek out and specialize in serving Native American veterans, as they are defined in the glossary of terms, along with servicemembers, and connect them and their respective families to community-based and veteran-specific services.
