4. Describe your proposed program model and how you will incorporate the program requirements outlined in Section II.C., STRATEGY: The Request. Your answer must respond to all of the following: a. What process will applicants to the King County Immigrant Fee Support Program (“the program”) use to apply for financial assistance? b. How will you ensure that applications are available low-income members of the community, including those who may not have internet access? c. How will you make community aware of the program, process for application, and other relevant information they may need to apply? d. Describe, in detail, the process you will use to evaluate whether applicants to the program are eligible, based on the income and residency criteria described in the RFP. e. What strategy will you employ to provide culturally and linguistically accessible application assistance to those who may wish to apply? f. Describe your plan to ensure the program application and outreach materials are culturally and linguistically accessible to the target population. List the languages you plan to have application materials available in. g. Describe your capacity and plan to receive and process documentation that may be necessary to verify program applicant eligibility in a manner that is compliant with best practices as well as federal, state, and local laws regarding the protection of personally identifiable information. h. How will you distribute financial assistance to successful program applicants?
