At Best Starts, HMGKC serves as a foundation for all Investing Early (prenatal to five years old) strategies and is rooted in the values of self-determination, strength, and resilience, and partners with Help Me Grow Washington (HMGWA) and local community organizations to understand how to best connect families and communities to services and adapt the national model.
