Minimum Qualifications 

Proposals must meet the following minimum qualifications in order to be considered for an award: 

1. Ability to provide services in selected MRRCT Primary Service Areas to all individuals in a Behavioral Health Crisis with no restrictions for access based on residence or insurance coverage.
2. Applicant has experience providing outreach and/or Crisis Services. (Note that prior Mobile Crisis experience is not required).
3. Applicant has experience working with individuals who are living unsheltered and are likely to experience high levels of physical and behavioral health needs. 
4. Applicant certifies that its staff are Washington State Department of Health (DOH)-credentialed.
5. Applicant has experience and knowledge of current King County and bordering counties’ resources for crisis resolution.
6. Provide a plan to meet crisis outreach/intervention trainings that meet HCA required crisis intervention trainings, in addition to any other requirements related to crisis outreach as determined by King County.

In order for your submitted application to be accepted, it must be complete. 

1.  Completed Summary Tab in ZoomGrants

2. Completed Both Narrative Question Tabs in ZoomGrants

3. Uploaded a Completed MRRCT Budget Excel Workbook per Primary Service Area your agency wishes to serve.
