The City of Plano has a partnered with Catholic Charities of Dallas to administer a program that provides rent and utility assistance to low and moderate income households that have been financially impacted (decrease in income or increase in expenses) by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need assistance completing this application or have questions please email CCDdisaster@ccdallas.org or call 214-257-0674.

 

This program will NOT pay hotel/motel stays or provide mortgage assistance. Plano residents seeking these types of assistance should call the Assistance Center of Collin County (ACCC) at 972-422-1850, select option 2, and leave a message stating that you are calling for the City of Plano Homelessness Prevention Program.

This program is restricted to city of Plano Residents ONLY.  Additionally, the program will only help those that have 1) Been affected by COVID-19 and 2) Have household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income as stated in the chart under the "Requirements Tab."
