Below are the questions that must be completed, in full, to be considered for a session for GrantSummit 2025. Please ensure each question is completed per the question instructions.

Reference Letters or past GrantSummit evaluations (from 2022, 2023 or 2024 GrantSummt) are required. YOU are responsible for uploading these into the application or sharing the URL with your reference and having them upload their reference letter. These are a REQUIRED piece of the application and only submissions with these uploaded will be considered.

If you have a co-presenter, their reference letters or evaluations also must be included.

References should not include co-presenters and must include an individual who is not a co-worker.

Two letters or evaluations are required per presenter but we would prefer to receive at least three per presenter.
