Introduction: The McKinney Emergency Housing and Living Assistance II (EHLA II) Program provides Rental & Mortgage, or Utility assistance to eligible applicants with COVID relief funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), TDHCA or the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Eligible applicants must live within McKinney City Limits, have an eligible COVID-19 impact under housing and meet additional requirements. The City of McKinney and its subrecipient agencies that will assist in this process will review information and require applicants to sign verification that they have not received duplicate funding for the request under this application.
