The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) Homeowner Assistance Fund program is designed to help homeowners who suffered a significant financial hardship caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. COVID Hardship
VIHFA’s Homeowner Assistance Fund program is designed to help homeowners who suffered a significant financial hardship of loss of income or increased expenses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Please help us understand your hardship and how you were financially impacted, causing a need for assistance. Your responses will become an attestation of your pandemic hardship.
Please read the instructions and respond accordingly to prevent a delay in the application review.
