About: The King County Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) is pleased to release this Request for Qualifications for Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Supports with funding from the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) and guidance from the VSHSL Implementation Plan.

This request is seeking consultants to provide technical assistance and capacity building services, resources, and technical expertise to small VSHSL-funded organizations in areas related to the management and development of human services programs.

Rate of Compensation: Selected applicants will be reimbursed at a rate of $150 per hour of technical assistance and capacity building services provided with funding through the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy.

Investment Period: October 1, 2020 - Dec. 31, 2023 (subject to change)
