You acknowledge that you understand the program terms and guidelines, that you understand these requirements and agree to abide by the terms as outlined below:

1) All application questions must be completed. Applications will be reviewed for completeness and compliance with the grant eligibility standards and process in the order they were received.

If any information is missing or incomplete, it will be incumbent upon you, as the applicant, to correct the missing or incomplete information or your application will be determined incomplete and ineligible. 

Changes to an application will be allowed prior to 8:00pm on June 30, 2023.  If you submit new or corrected documents, your application will be timestamped based on the time in which all required documentation is received. This may affect your place in the first-come, first-served queue. 

2) Application & Required Checklist Documents are for Verification of Applicant Information Only. The Application and required documents list will be used to verify information provided by the applicant for the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program full application only. All Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program applications and documents will only be retained through ZoomGrants. No information will be retained in hard copy or electronic files.  During the full application process, a comprehensive review of all applicant information will be completed. The results of that review establishes the approved grantees and the grant amounts that will be awarded.

3) Consent to share information. I have requested assistance under the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program.  I authorize representatives from BCL of Texas to supply and receive information I provide related to the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program to/from BCL of Texas.  I understand and consent to the disclosure of public and non-public personal information by and between BCL of Texas and the City of Pflugerville in connection with BCL’s responsibilities under the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program, including but not limited to eligibility, application, data and documentation verification, review, program and assistance evaluation, monitoring, and oversight. I understand that the City of Pflugerville may make information about applicants to the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program available only if they are deemed public information by the City of Pflugerville Attorney’s Office and the Texas Attorney General. 

4) All information provided is truthful and accurate. I certify that I am legally authorized to submit Application and Required Application Documents and the information and statements that I have provided are truthful and accurate. I understand the information and documentation submitted in this pre-application will be provided to a governmental agency and is subject to the guidelines of the American Rescue Plan Act federal program and the Pflugerville Cares Small Business Grant Program and, by submitting this application, I agree to comply with the Federal, State, and local guidelines. Failure to provide truthful and accurate information may determine you ineligible to complete a full application, and or may cause your full application to be rejected.
